Out from the mist the golden walls arise
No shadows are cast to enshroud the gate below
Centuries I’ve waited for this moment
Dreaming while adrift amongst the ruins of dead Earth
I saw in a dream, outside the galaxy
A place to observe all the multiverse
Now carrying through a maze of endless white
Ethereal winds sing beyond the sealed doors
To beckon the tribe of the Lunar Wolf
A crashing sound
Marks my return
The gates resign
The sunless sky enshrines
Gods of power
Now preside
Over the entrance
Of their descendant soul
And yet their spirits
Have returned to bodies
Not unlike mankind
The race that I have failed to save
For this I will seek
To pay a penance
That I cannot avoid or escape
A vista of grandeur
I see with eyes anew
Horizon of a cityscape
And the closing doors resounding in my wake
Beyond the golden walls
The Golden Walls of Ausadjur
Summoned by a procession of silver clad gods
Eidolon colors shine beneath their cold vitreous skin
“Towards the chamber of reunion
Where souls return to bodies.
Made in the image
Of what memories remain.”
The ritual of flesh is done
A mirror reflects this withered face
This mortal shell has aged with torment
A countenance of eternal sorrow
Scars of pain, still remain
I see a face that never seems to die
“Your spirit has returned
In a vessel of a human form
Now see beyond the reflective glass
The golden spires of your homeland”

Bestowed unto us as a sign of impending wars
Wielding blades with the powers of caustic death
To puncture the flesh and to burn the residual ghost
Seven Swords - in the Arsenal of Steel
“Imbued with the powers of the souls we have slain
In each weapon of gold lie the victims of former hosts
Now marks the time for the horde to awake
Their leader that is you must prescribe the warrior code
A test of strength, in the armory of the gods
For in days to come, we will return to battle
Fighting for a cause unrevealed

And shelter souls from deep space

That chaos rules beyond this place”
“Oh human knight,
Receive the Edictim Divine
Now you and I
Will govern the planets of all sentient life”
The voice of Mater inside
The icy door opens
And her choir begins to sing!
Heed thy words
Oh, Mater Ausadjur
If you could see
The seeds I’ve sown
With threads of failure
I am tethered to the
Grave of all mankind
“The plate in the sky
It shelters souls from deep space
And above you will find
A panorama of the stars”
“Oh human knights
Who call yourselves the Canidae Horde
But here you will find
You are a Paladins of Ausadjur”
I brandish the sword
Once corrupt, now it lusts
To be born, once again
In blood of the souls of evil

To relinquish the spell of Nex

Into the chamber of stars
Here, the multiverse: a vista of night
Is now exposed to my unworthy eyes
Mater, in sentient form, floats to the sky
Sealing the floor down below
Hands reaching through space
We levitate, towards her obsidian throne
You are the mother of all gods
The souls you procreate become the Ausadjur
Trained to fight in your sanctuary among the stars
Sent to distant planets to control their sentient life
“Valdrin, demigod of Ausadjur and mankind
You’ve fulfilled the oath of the guardians
Your soul sent down below to the Orcus domain
To depose the overseer: Nex Animus
And the horde with which you’ve returned
Lost souls from the underworld
Pulled from the remains of Earth, the followers of a Sojourner Wolf”
“I ask of thee, be not a victim of doubt
Or regret, for in the end all returns to balance
And yet I hear a thunder roar out in the distant space
Where the blackest gods congregate”
Thus my fate is sealed
I will enlist into the army of light
Yet I still worship the dark, for it is the flame
That will carry my soul to the end.

I awoke in the chamber of slumber
Amongst the resting souls in simulated dreams
There, in solitude, their spirits ponder
Searching for a place they once remembered seeing
The Hierophant from the Stars
It was in a dream I saw her standing
On the bridge we would visit in moonlight
Her eyes returned to mine, as she became a ghost
Here was the place she died by her own choice
The Hierophant from the Stars
The vision soon descended
Into unearthly terrain
The underworld beckoned - “Here in darkness will you reign”
The voice of Nex proclaims -“Here I fell under your blade,
And yet I speak to you now in this dream”
“I’ve lived for centuries,
Beyond forgotten years
My evil within – persistence
And I will haunt your dreams again and again….”
“Before you wake,
I must remind you,
That her name was Lorraine
She lives on, as do I
And we are closer to you than it seems
But it is the mother of Ausadjur
That has possessed you to destroy
The last place for those who’ve escaped
The grasp of her divine claws
For even balance, it is flawed
Chaos and order are the masters, of all who persevere”

For I wish to behold the stars
Up there, so high
In Mater Ausadjur’s tower”
She, soldier of my tribe
Awakens the strength I have lost
But there is a price
And the knowledge of truth has its cost

Our hero’s flame, the tyrant’s bane
For this is a prison
With shielding walls of white,
And soon you’ll find
That the souls of your horde are confined.”
Together we will ascend the spire of light.
“Into the chamber of night we’ve arrived
Leaving scars from our dark mutilations
The filth of our past:
The gestalt of this tribe
No longer barred entrance
To the palace of her cosmic light!”
As we infiltrate, we meet no resistance
So let mother hear, the words I must say:
Why should I resign my will to the gods,
Whose law stifles all of the universe?
For you seek to control,
The power to choose between good and evil,
When that was the strength of our earthly tribe
And now we are awake
At last the starry sky shines unto us
A dream it seems to be in the freedom of the night

Brighter than the stars that shine above

Through the tower of light, killing all as we ascend
We make our way, to the chamber where this world ends
For above the shield of white lies the stars
Trapped in the sphere:
The Lunar King calls us from afar
Die - those who seek to enslave
All of the souls to be born in the multiverse
We tear down the final gate
And may the queen die, in Holy Matricide!

To be cast over the multiverse
To stop the flow time, so what is left is in our control
For it is the blade, of the Orcus that is controlled by Nex
And his evil persists in a forgotten corner of space
Where the Animus Gods seek to summon the spell of reversal

Is it true that I am possessed?
Or is the hero tale just another myth?

To keep the lost souls fighting hopelessly

Upon the throne where the Ausadjur died
As the golden spires collapse
